Yummy and packed mediterrean place with two levels, facing the Memphremagog lake. Nice, well crafted dishes to share. Delicious octopus, cauliflour dip, kefta, scallops, beef, lamb and dessert! Service was a bit slower because it was busy and staff was running around.

Amanda was incredible, she served us with enthusiasm, offered insight on what koz was known for, double checked ingredients for our gluten free friends, every dish tasted amazing, she checked on us often, atmosphere was nice inside and the view of lake was inspiring, she even split the bill up for our party with all items we shared.

They have a Mediterranean tour table d'hote where the wines and entrees are all chosen for you. Just trust them and order that. Everything is fantastic. The chef who makes these recipes is an artist. Best restaurant in the area.

Two of the best meals I’ve had in years—hands down. My wife and I had both dinner and brunch at Koz Bistro, and each experience was unforgettable. For dinner, we shared the mixed olives, hummus, crispy tuna, and mushroom Turkish pizza. Every dish was perfectly executed and full of bold, fresh flavors. The restaurant itself strikes the perfect balance: clean and modern, yet warm and welcoming. Add in unbeatable views of the lake and exceptional service, and it’s a complete package. The next morning, we had brunch in LesDomes during a snowstorm. I expected it to be chilly inside the dome, but it was warm and cozy—I was lounging in a t-shirt, watching snow swirl around us. The Turkish eggs I ordered were phenomenal—I’m still thinking about them. Koz Bistro delivers not just great food, but a full sensory experience. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

I was pleasantly surprised by Bistro Koz—it’s now my favorite restaurant! The food was incredibly delicious, and I kept wishing I could eat more just to try different dishes. Each bite was more exquisite than the last. The concept of this restaurant is exceptionally well thought out. Not only was the food perfect, but the entire experience was outstanding—beautiful decor, great music, an amazing view, clean and private washrooms, and excellent service. Kudos to the team behind this incredible place, and thank you for a fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Great stylish place with bright Mediterranean decor facing the lake. Had their tapas sampler special at 18 and signature cocktails (mine had Middle Eastern spices, rose petals and blood orange garnish in a huge glass) at 10. The sampler had breaded artichokes in spiced tomatoes, fried halloumi triangles, spiced butternut dip (best out of the lot), and tuna mint spread. The sauteed mushroom medley with kale and goat cheese on white bean puree would have been perfect without Lion's mane, which was a bit bitter and undercooked. The bean salad in zucchini feta dressing was refreshing, if a bit heavy on feta. Service was warm, professional, and attentive. Would come again if we return to Magog soon.
